The Department of Biomedical Sciences in the School of Health Sciences at Quinnipiac University seeks highly qualified applicants who are interested in teaching Microbiology laboratory courses for the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semesters.

About the School/Program:

The Department of Biomedical Sciences offers two microbiology courses for undergraduate majors in biomedical sciences, health science studies, biology and nursing.

Responsibilities:

Teach a section of one of the following courses:

  • General Microbiology Laboratory, for undergraduate Biomedical Sciences and Pre-Med majors
  • Microbiology and Pathology Laboratory, for Nursing majors
Education Requirements
  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Microbiology or a closely related field is required

Qualifications:

  • Teaching experience at the university level is preferred
  • Commitment to contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community
