Quinnipiac University seeks applications for a part-time Assistant Coach for Women's Golf to assist in program management including the coaching, administration, and coordination of a collegiate Women’s Golf program.
The University is a member of the Eastern College Athletic Conference Hockey League (ECAC), the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) and is an NCAA Division I member sponsoring 21 varsity sports.

| Responsibilities: |
- Adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity and work in compliance with all University, NCAA, MAAC Conference, and ECAC Conference rules and regulations
- Coach student-athletes during team practices as well as home and away contests
- Assist the Head Coach with daily/weekly/seasonal practice planning
- Assist in planning team travel
- Assist the Head Coach with planning events for fundraising and other special functions
- Other duties as assigned

| Education Requirements: |
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience may substitute for some of the above education
|
| Qualifications: |
- 2-3 years of playing or coaching golf at the collegiate-level preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and video editing software
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, student-athletes and potential recruits and their families
- Excellent communication, written and oral skills
- Demonstrated commitment to NCAA Division I guidelines and regulations
- Previous experience with TrackMan technology preferred
- Ability/Availability to participate in continuing education conferences, workshops, or meetings to increase professional skills and knowledge
- Ability to manage a 3-4 hour practice
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Multiple day travel is required for this position
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
