Quinnipiac University's Department of Athletics invites applications for a Director of Player Development, Men's Basketball to assist with the overall development of the men's basketball student-athletes on and off the court. This position will also be responsible for the day-to-day video operations of a NCAA Division I basketball program including all video analytics for games and practices. |

| Responsibilities: |
- Adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity and work in compliance with all University, NCAA and MAAC Conference rules and regulations
- Work in conjunction with the men's basketball staff and athletic administration to mentor student-athletes on and off the court
- Attend all men’s basketball practices and games. On-court instruction as needed
- Produce, collect and edit all video and analytics for games and practices
- Assist with preparing scouting documents for scouting meetings
- Assist with special projects and other tasks/duties as requested by coaching staff

| Education Requirements: |
- Bachelor's degree required
|
| Qualifications: |
- 1-2 years of experience in video recording and editing software, preferably at a NCAA Division I institution or professional sports organization
- Significant skill in the use of computer software
- An understanding of NCAA rules and regulations
- Effective communication and organizational skills, including experience working in the sport of basketball
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
