Responsibilities: |
- Working knowledge of and enforce the policies and procedures of the student centers in addition to the University policies
- Work with GA for Operations to establish a work schedule for employees, coordinate shift changes
- Act as a liaison between the Campus Life professional staff and student staff
- Work with Associate Director and GA for Operations in establishing and conducting employee evaluations
- Support Professional Staff in all areas of the Carl Hansen Student Center (Campus Life, Chartwells, Bookstore)
- Responsible for operation of Organization Suite
- Maintain organization within workspaces
- Create and implement employee engagement and recognition activities, prizes, and challenges
- Schedule and conduct monthly staff meetings
- Create and distribute newsletter and corresponding quiz; collect quiz data
- Cover vacant hours in the event of an emergency
- Assist with the planning of staff training programs and evaluations
- Conduct weekly check ins with all employees
- Complete and review staff duty logs and the documentation of coaching and disciplinary conversations
- Monitor and report disciplinary points of employees
- Create weekly report for GA for Operations and Associate Director
- Hold office hours at 202 Welcome desk or in Organization Suite
Programming Responsibilities Include:
- Work with employee team to develop, schedule, and execute programming in organization suite which includes club leadership, workshops, conflict resolution, etc.
- Work in collaboration with GA for Organizations
- 5 programs per semester

Hours of Position: |
- 15hrs per week
- Must be available to work during daytime hours, with possible weekend shifts during the academic year
