Job Title: Student Employment: Student Assistant for the School of Business

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting Visitors
  • Answer office telephone
  • Filing
  • Clean & disinfect general office area
  • Zoom Cart Support
  • Sort mail and assist with mailings
  • Helping students obtain forms
  • Checking and putting away office supplies
  • Filling copiers and printers with paper/toner
  • Making copies
  • Running errands on campus
  • Assist faculty and staff with various projects and assignments
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Polite and prompt
  • Well organized
Hours of Position:
  • Flexible 3-hour shifts are available between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm on Monday through Thursday and Friday 8am - 5pm.
