Employment with QU Outdoors offers the opportunity to work as a Climbing Wall Attendant, a Trip Leader, or both. Climbing Wall Attendants ensure the safety of all participants at the RecWell climbing wall by overseeing the facility, enforcing climbing rules, and promoting adherence to safety protocols. Trip Leaders coordinate and lead QU Outdoors wilderness-based adventure trips such as backpacking, rock climbing, and paddling. They are responsible for teaching proper wilderness ethics, managing risk, and ensuring safety throughout the trips.
