Assist with the overall management of building and cleaning services related to the Mount Carmel campus and ancillary properties (est. 1.4 million square feet); which includes all custodial services in the Mount Carmel residence halls including scheduling, trash removal, cleaning of flooring, public spaces, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, and other tasks as assigned by the Senior Superintendent of Building Services. Assist with effectively managing and optimizing production of custodians, general mechanics, plumber as well as other employees as assigned and external contractors as assigned by the Senior Superintendent of Building Services. In absence of the Senior Superintendent of Building Services, the Maintenance Supervisor assumes planning, leading, and directing responsibilities.
