The Department of Management at Quinnipiac University School of Business invites applications for a full-time teaching faculty position beginning in August 2019, from candidates with a master’s degree in Management or a related field (Ph.D. preferred) from an accredited university. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching management and organizational behavior courses, with teaching interests in decision making, human resource management, and/or leadership. In this role, you will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, both on-ground and online, provide service to the university community, and publish high quality, impactful research.

About the School:

The Quinnipiac University School of Business offers nine undergraduate majors, three graduate degree programs, a five-year BS/MBA program and an innovative 3+1 accelerated BS/MBA program. The School of Business is AACSB accredited with 1,750 undergraduate students in nine degree programs and 750 graduate students in MBA and MS degree programs.   • Teach management courses at the undergraduate and graduate level, both online and on-ground
  • Provide academic and career advising and mentoring to students
  • Create an engaging and interactive classroom environment for students
  • Effectively assess class and program level learning outcomes
  • Demonstrate commitment and ability to produce scholarship
  • Present findings at academic and professional conferences
  • Serve on faculty committees and contribute to the university community
  • Develop innovative course materials and assist in curriculum development

Education Requirements:

  • Candidates will have a master’s degree in Management or a related field from an accredited university
  • Ph.D. (from an accredited university) preferred
